• Self pick-up will be available at Oro Cafe (Lobby level) from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Delivery fee applies for ONE delivery address per order only, delivery fee will be automatically calculated at checkout according to drop-off address stated.
• Payment is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. However, in the event you face an issue with your order (dissatisfactory condition), kindly email Hiltonkualalumpur_FB@hilton.com for exchange.
• If you have selected self pick-up, please present your payment confirmation receipt (that you received via email upon successful payment) when collecting your order at Lobby, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
• Cake must be pre-order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Guests who select time slots with less than the required preparation period, will be contacted for a rescheduling of the next preferred time slot. Alternatively, do call the hotel directly at +603 2264 2264.
• Any cancellation within 48-hours will not be allowed for refund.
• Please select your preferred self-pick up or delivery date and time before checking out.
• Prices are inclusive of prevailing service charges & applicable government taxes.
