• Self-pick up will be available at our Mid-Autumn festival pop-up booth located at lobby level, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
• Delivery fee applies for ONE delivery address per order only, delivery fee will be automatically calculated at checkout according to drop-off address stated.
• Payment is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• If you have selected self pick-up, please present your payment confirmation receipt (received via email upon successful payment) when collecting your order at our Mid-Autumn festival pop-up booth located at lobby level, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
• Kindly place your order at least 4-hours in advance for Klang Valley area to enjoy same-day delivery. Guests who select time slots with less than the required preparation period, will be contacted for a rescheduling of the next preferred time slot. Alternatively, do call the hotel directly at +603 2264 2264.
• For West Malaysia (Outside of Klang Valley area), do expect 5-7 working days for our courier service provider to deliver your goods. 
• Please select your preferred self-pick up or delivery date upon check out.
• Prices are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
