• Self-pick up will be available at the lobby, Doubletree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside.
• Delivery fee applies for ONE delivery address per order only, please select your delivery fee according to the distance from the hotel to your drop-off address stated.
• Payment is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. However, in the event you face an issue with your order (not fresh, spoiled, bad condition) kindly email KULPR_FB@Hilton.com for exchange.
• If you have selected self pick-up, please present your payment confirmation receipt (that you received via email upon successful payment) when collecting your order at the lobby, Doubletree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside.
• Mooncake(s) must be pre-ordered at least 4-hours in advance to receive it on the same day. Applicable for Klang Valley area only. Guests who select time slots with less than the required preparation period, will be contacted for a rescheduling of the next preferred time slot. Alternatively, do call the hotel directly at +603 8890 0000.
• For East & West Malaysia (Outside of Klang Valley area), do expect 5-7 working days for our courier service provider to deliver your goods. 
• Please select your preferred self-pick up or delivery date and time upon check out.
• Prices are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.
