With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Chef Suhaimi Bin Md Salleh is an expert in Indian, French and continental fine-dining cuisine. He started making his mark in the culinary world after obtaining a professional certificate of Master Chef from the BERJAYA University College of Hospitality. His dynamic and team-oriented personality has carried him far in the industry, landing him the position of Executive Sous Chef at YTL Pangkor Laut Resort. Now, he leads a team of talented chefs at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort as the Executive Chef.
